With both in-person and online services, you can choose what is going to work best and book these at your convenience through our online booking system. Prefer to have your therapist manage your bookings? That works too.

Clients often say that music can help them put words to experiences or allow them to express what they are feeling without words. It can also help you feel more comfortable with me and the therapeutic process. It is important that you feel comfortable with your therapist!
