ADHD Group for Adults

A 6 week online program, informed by CBT and Music Therapy

This therapeutic group program is designed to learn more about neurodivergence, ADHD, and how to cope. Through the 6 week online program, there will be a chance to take time for yourself, connect with others, and learn new skills.

 

You may be a good fit if:

  • You have ADHD (you do not need an official diagnosis)

  • You are looking to gain new skills to improve your mental health.

  • You want to learn more about ADHD and how to work WITH our brains, not against them.

  • You are age 18+

  • You are interested in connecting with like-minded people in a group setting.

Group Program Details:

There are six 1.5 hour sessions, once per week. These session will occur on healthcare zoom (privacy compliant) and will include:  

  • Group discussion with peers and peer support

  • Education about neurodiversity and ADHD

  • Learning new skills and resources to take these skills into your daily life.

  • Relevant musical experiences - no musical experience or instruments required.

  • Headphones are recommended.

Group Program Rates

This is a reduced rate program. The cost is $150 (including HST) for the 6 week group.

We don’t want finances to be the barrier to register. Please reach out to talk about our sliding scale options.

This group is eligible for coverage under health insurance plans.
