Rates
Session fees range from $90 - $150 including HST (50 mins) with fully licensed therapist. Our Master’s level Interns offer a “pay what you can” model, with addition reduced fees options, as part of our affordable therapy program.
Groups and Workshops: rates are determine based on group duration, size, and location. Please contact us.

Cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the fee. Clients who miss the appointment without notice or provide less than two hours notice will be charged the full fee.
Payment Options
KS Therapy Services accepts all major credit cards or email money transfer. A receipt will be issued upon payment.
Insurance
Your extended health provider may cover the services provided under “Registered Psychotherapist.” Please inquire directly with your extended health provider with coverage related questions. You will be provided with a receipt upon payment. This can be submitted to your provider for reimbursement if coverage is available. Registered Psychotherapists do not offer direct billing to insurance provider at this time.
In Ontario, the CRA recognizes Registered Psychotherapists as medical practitioners for tax purposes. Psychotherapy fees are eligible for the medical expense tax credit.
