Accepting New Clients

Looking for support with trauma, relationship issues, or neurodivergence? Want to get started with EMDR therapy? You’re in the right place.

  • Many of the people I work with are navigating the impacts of past trauma, relational challenges, or times of transition, and together we focus on building resilience, strengthening self-compassion, and fostering secure and meaningful relationships.

I am passionate about helping people understand themselves in the context of their relationships, experiences, and strengths. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens within safe and supportive connections, and I strive to create a space where clients feel both understood and empowered.

  • Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time in nature: kayaking or paddle boarding, walking my dog, and spending time with family at the lake. I value curiosity, kindness, and the healing power of relationships; guiding principles that shape both my life and my work.

  • I believe healing begins with feeling connected, seen and understood. In my work, I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their stories, discover their strengths, and move toward meaningful change. I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, and I bring a gentle, collaborative approach to help clients feel grounded and empowered.

Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and curious. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, where we can gently explore both past and present patterns while also creating space for growth, healing, and new ways of being.

I am an integrative therapist, meaning we can incorporate different approaches depending on what is going to work best for you. This includes narrative therapy, ACT, IFS and attachment-based therapy. I am also an EMDR therapist, with EMDRIA training.
