Looking for support with trauma, anxiety disorders, or depression? You’re in the right place.

  • Do you find it difficult to say no, and find yourself putting others’ needs above your own? On the outside, it may look like you have it all together, but inside you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed and constantly second-guessing yourself.

Most people I work with are teens and adults experiencing patterns of people pleasing, looking for support in navigating relationships, with issues related to anxiety, and building confidence in themselves. Together, we can explore how your life experiences have shaped these patterns, and build the self-trust, confidence and skills needed to help put yourself first, without feeling guilty.

I view therapy as a collaborative process, trusting you as the expert on your own experiences. My style is non-judgmental, empathetic, and conversational, with room for humour when it feels appropriate.

  • Before becoming a therapist, I worked at a Violence Against Women (VAW) shelter, supporting women during some of their most vulnerable and courageous moments. That experience shaped the way I approach therapy today with respect, empathy, and a strong belief in each person’s capacity for growth and change.

Outside of sessions, you’ll most likely find me recharging with a good book, spending time with friends and family or playing with our rescue cat Leo. A fun fact about me: although I’m not a music therapist, I’ve been playing the piano since I was three years old. I believe that engaging with music and creativity is an essential part of wellness!

  • I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. My approach to sessions is:

    • Trauma-informed – We move at your own pace, creating trust and safety as a foundation for our work before diving deeper.

    • Relational – Therapy is more than learning techniques; it’s about being truly seen, heard and understood.

    • Collaborative – We work as a team honouring your inner wisdom every step of the way.

I blend evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other trauma-informed approaches. I understand that therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I will work with you to identify the best approach or combination of approaches to help you reach your goals.
