Supervision for Students, RP (Qualifying), RPs, & RSWs

We support students, RP(Qualifying), RPs, and RSWs looking for clinical supervision in Ontario. Our supervisors have worked with practicum students attending Yorkville, University of Toronto, and Wilfrid Laurier University. We offer:

  • Individual clinical supervision

  • Dyadic clinical supervision

  • Group clinical supervision

Our supervisors meet all the requirements for CRPO supervision and are Yorkville approved. Melody also has experience supporting MSW students in their placement.

Kathleen Skinner and Melody Mann offer clinical supervision on a regular or as needed basis, supporting post-grad therapists and students. Kathleen offers supervision groups, with the current days and times are listed further down the page.


Supervision with Kathleen

Kathleen has almost 9 of clinical experience, working in both private practice and hospital settings. She has experience providing education and training to other therapists in both of these settings. Kathleen meets the CPRO requirements for supervision, as well as being a certified CAMT supervisor. Kathleen works with Registered Psychotherapists, Qualifying Registered Psychotherapists, students, and Accredited Music Therapists.

Kathleen is passionate about working with therapists interested in expanding their use of third wave behavioural models, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Kathleen is an integrative therapist and supervisor, believing in the importance of combining a trauma-informed, somatic approach with these models.

She also works with music therapists interested in expanding their verbal psychotherapy practice.

In her own therapy practice, Kathleen works with youth and adults experiencing issues range of issues including anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma. She has a special interest in working with people pleasing, boundary issues, and relational trauma. She also has significant experience with crisis care.

Supervision with Melody

Melody has over 20 years of clinical experience working in private practice, primary care, and university settings. She has experience providing education and training to other therapists in both of these settings. Melody meets the CPRO requirements for supervision and works with Registered Psychotherapists, Qualifying Registered Psychotherapists, students, and Registered Social Workers.

Melody sees supervision as a space where both new and experienced clinicians can pause, think more deeply about their work, and feel truly understood in the challenges they carry. You can explore the stories and experiences that shape your clinical style, strengthen your confidence, and help you navigate complexity while caring for your own well-being.

Melody’s supervision is strengths-based and integrates narrative therapy, ACT, and parts work, while also honouring the whole person you bring into the room: your skills, your questions, and your lived experience.

In her own therapy practice, Melody works with youth and adults experiencing issues range of issues including trauma, grief, chronic pain, and life transitions. She has a special interest in working with women in transitional phases, highly sensitive people, and people in helping professions.
