Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor
Accepting New Supervision Clients
Are you a therapist or practicum student looking for clinical supervision? You’re in the right place.
-
As a registered social worker and psychotherapist, I offer clinical supervision that is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in thoughtful reflection. My approach is shaped by more than 20 years of walking alongside clients through diverse emotional, relational, and life challenges. These experiences inform the way I show up as a supervisor—with compassion, curiosity, and a steady commitment to growth.
I see supervision as a space where both new and experienced clinicians can pause, think more deeply about their work, and feel truly understood in the challenges they carry. Together, we explore the stories and experiences that shape your clinical style, strengthen your confidence, and help you navigate complexity while caring for your own well-being.
My supervision is strengths-based and integrates narrative therapy, ACT, and parts work, while also honouring the whole person you bring into the room: your skills, your questions, and your lived experience.
Over the years, I’ve supported therapists as they find their voice, work through ethical dilemmas, and build practices that feel sustainable and aligned with who they are. I bring a warm, grounded presence and a belief that meaningful supervision can truly deepen and transform the way we work.
If you’re seeking supervision that values depth, clarity, and honest conversation, I’d be glad to connect—whether you’re just beginning your career or looking to evolve your existing practice.

Sweet or savoury? Savoury.
Dogs or cats? Both have my heart-but am definitely a “dog person”
City or country? Country… it’s where I breathe easiest.I’m often told that I’m warm, genuine, and compassionate.
If you’re into personality things: I’m an ENFJ, an Enneagram 2, and pretty classically an empath.Outside of work, you can usually find me laughing with friends or with my family (my husband, our two kids, and our two dogs), getting lost in something creative, or spending time in nature — my favourite reset.

With over 20 years of experience in the social work field I bring the wisdom I have gained from the many people I have connected with over the years. I also bring my own experiences of pain, loss and growth.
My hope is that you experience our supervision sessions as grounding, supportive, and spacious enough for honest reflection. It matters to me that you leave feeling affirmed, understood, and equipped with clarity. My approach is holistic, integrating your professional development with the personal qualities and values you bring to the work. I look forward to learning with you and from you in this process.
