If you’re looking for support with exploring your gender or sexuality, issues related to anxiety, and family dynamics, we could be a fit.
As a member of the 2SLGBTQI+ community, I draw on both my training and my life experiences to help clients work through issues and discover their own identities. We can do this through music, talking, or a combination of both. If you want to learn more about our music therapy approach, click here.
I have been singer, a music teacher for many years and have a background as a vocal coach and speech-language therapist. This has fostered my passion for voice, self-expression, and identity. Together, we can explore how music can support your mental health and well-being.
My personal journey with mental health challenges has shaped me into the therapist I am today. My firsthand experiences with therapy and understanding its benefits guide me in how I support and connect with the people I work with.

I cherish my passion for music and singing the most. Music has always been a wonderful way for me to connect with others and handle different situations with my clients. With over 20 years of experience as a music teacher, I decided to go back to university to become a music therapist and psychotherapist.
I am a proud mom to a 13–year–old girl who loves music just like me and often joins me at concerts and musicals.
As a queer and neurodivergent student therapist, I deeply value love, respect, and open dialogue in everything I do, both in my personal life and professionally.
I am from Brazil, and speak Portuguese and English.

Respect and a non-judgmental approach are two of my core values. I focus on identifying the client’s best qualities and building a strong relationship. I believe that everyone has the skills necessary to grow and discover their own identity. As a therapist, I am here to guide you and help you find your best solutions, using both music and verbal counselling.
I often focus on the positive, aiming to bring enjoyment into the sessions, but don’t shy away from the heavy topics either.
