Life doesn't always unfold the way we expect. At times, we can feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by loss, change, or uncertainty. Whether you're navigating grief, life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, or searching for greater meaning and direction, I offer a collaborative, client-centred space grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for your unique experiences and values.
Together, we'll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck while building on your existing strengths. My goal is to support you in moving toward a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.

I have always been deeply curious about people - what makes them who they are, what is happening beneath the surface, and what helps them create meaningful change when they feel stuck. I love getting to know people and fostering genuine connection. It took me a while to recognize that this lifelong curiosity and desire to understand others could become a career in psychotherapy. Looking back, I can see how each chapter of my life - as a young adult traveller, theatre and film student, librarian, hospice volunteer and caregiver - has led me to what feels like my true calling: helping people as a psychotherapist.
Outside of studying and working, I’m a mother (to both a human child and dog child), a spouse, a friend, a sister and daughter, a beginner gardener, a euchre enthusiast, a bookworm and a body mover - whether that’s walking, dancing (not well), going to the gym or practicing yoga at home.

I believe that you are the expert on your own life. Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you to explore your experiences and support you in moving toward your therapeutic goals. I aim to provide a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can slow down, think and talk things out and feel truly heard.
In our work together, I draw on ideas and techniques from Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
