Growing up isn't always easy. Between the pressures of school, friendships, social media, family dynamics, and trying to figure out who you are, it's easy to feel overwhelmed.
Have you or your child been feeling this way?
Maybe your child is experiencing big emotions that feel difficult to manage, having frequent moments of overwhelm, or withdrawing from activities they once enjoyed.
Perhaps you’re a teenager feeling misunderstood, anxious, disconnected, or is struggling with the pressure to fit in.
Or maybe you’re an adult finding yourself caught in patterns of stress, perfectionism, anxiety, or feeling like you’re constantly trying to keep up.
Many of the individuals and families I work with come to therapy feeling stuck. They want to better understand what's happening beneath the surface, learn healthier ways to cope, strengthen their relationships, and feel more confident navigating everyday challenges.
Together, we’ll make sense of your experiences, develop tools to navigate life’s challenges, and create space for growth and self-understanding. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel seen, supported, and accepted as you are.
When supporting children and adolescents, I also collaborate with parents and caregivers to strengthen connection and create a supportive environment beyond the therapy room.

My journey into this work began as a Registered Behaviour Technician, where I had the opportunity to support children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental differences. Being able to witness their growth, celebrate their successes, and cheer them on through every small victory was incredibly meaningful and inspired me to continue this path through my Master’s in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy.
I value creating space to slow down in a world that often feels like it moves too quickly. I believe in the importance of nurturing a balanced and holistic lifestyle; finding moments of connection, movement, creativity, and joy.
Outside of my work, I find this through practicing yoga, experimenting with new coffee recipes and food in the kitchen, travelling whenever I can, and exploring new creative hobbies. These moments remind me of the importance of presence, curiosity, and making space for the things that bring me joy, allowing me to show up as the best version of myself.

Working with me, you'll find that I care just as much about getting to know you as I do about the challenges that bring you to therapy. Understanding your values, strengths, and story allows us to create a therapeutic experience that feels authentic to you, drawing from evidence-based and somatic approaches along the way.
When working with children and adolescents, I believe therapy doesn't have to happen only through conversation. I often incorporate play, creativity, movement, and hands-on activities to make sessions engaging, developmentally appropriate, and enjoyable. You'll often find me with a box of games, toys, art supplies, and other creative tools that help young people express themselves, process emotions, and build confidence in ways that feel natural.
